Eligibility:

• We do not offer refunds. However, we will service any manufacturing defects
• Proof of purchase, such as a valid invoice or receipt, is required

Timeframe:

• Customers must notify us of any manufacturing defects within 10 days from the date of delivery.
• Defects reported after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for servicing

• To initiate service for a manufacturing defect , customers must contact our customer service team.
• Provide relevant details, including the order number, description of the manufacturing defect, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photographs) if available.
• Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.

Production Time:

• Once your order is placed, we  begin the meticulous process of crafting your product with precision and care.
• The production time for made-to-order items is approximately 2-3 weeks.
• Please note that this time frame is an estimate, and slight variations may occur depending on order volume and complexity.

Order Processing:

• Upon receiving your order, our team will review it for accuracy and initiate the production process.
• You will receive an order confirmation email with details about your purchase and the estimated production and shipping timeframe.

Shipping Method and Timeframe:

• Once your item is carefully crafted and passes our quality control standards, it will be prepared for shipment.
• We offer various shipping methods to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.
• The shipping timeframe will depend on the selected shipping method and your location.
• Please note that the shipping time is separate from the production time mentioned earlier.

Tracking and Updates:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
• Use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery date.
